- Intense and results-driven. Includes pre-work and homework between sessions
On today's high-performing teams:
- Members know what the leader expects and don't waste time and energy trying to guess
- Clear priorities and operating principles mean better use of time and resources
- Leaders who are consistent, predictable and clear win the team's trust and confidence
- There is commitment to accountability and two-way feedback
The Leader’s Compass Workshop, from Academy Leadership and facilitated by Jay Pullins, is a remarkably effective tool for leaders to gain self-confidence, credibility and trust, improving the motivation and productivity of teams they lead.
Jay will share with you the process for developing your own personal leadership philosophy, share with you the best practices of hundreds of leaders, personally give you feedback on your draft, facilitate a group critique with other participants, and strategize with you to launch your new leadership tool in your workplace.
When you’ve finished the workshop sessions, you will have developed your own Personal Leadership Philosophy that’s ready for you to present to your team members, giving them greater clarity about your values, operating principles, priorities, expectations and more.
