3. A facilitated Leader's Compass 360 Feedback annually.
4. A personalized Energize2Lead Profile Assessment and de-brief session.
5. Free access to all of my written content (books, e-books, blogs, etc.).
For your leadership team:
1. A one-day, face-to-face, on-site workshop specifically customized to meet your team's greatest leadership priorities. I bring this right to your organization once per year.
2. One of the following (your choice) brought to your organization once per year:
a.) Corporate Compass Strategic Performance Assessment (2 days)
b.) Leaders Compass Leadership Philosophy Workshop (half day)
c.) Energize2Lead Team Dynamics Workshop (half day) for up to 12 participants
d.) Focus and Alignment Workshop (for boards and executive teams)
e.) Team Planning Workshop (for staff leadership) for up to 50 staff
Cost: $37,500 per year.
Requires a 12 month commitment and a $25,000 deposit.
I reserve the right to discontinue service and refund your unspent money if you are unwilling to do the work required to see results from this program.
