New work environment challenges are causing stress for many leaders and their teams. Is managing your team while working remotely harder than you imagined? Is your team wrestling with miscommunication, confusion, or even discouragement?
You and your team don’t have to just survive these new leadership challenges. You can THRIVE together. Those we lead need clarity and confidence to guide their work. You can give them that, but you have to find it for yourself first.
The Leader’s Compass Workshop, from Academy Leadership and facilitated by Jay Pullins, is a remarkably effective tool for leaders to gain self-confidence, credibility and trust, improving the motivation and productivity of teams they lead.
When you’ve finished the workshop sessions, you will have developed your own Personal Leadership Philosophy that’s ready for you to present to your team members, giving them greater clarity about your values, operating principles, priorities, expectations and more.
